There is no god in trading · LangLang Trading Principle
Even those who understand the market deeply will have their mindset disturbed, get tilted, and make mistakes; the key is to keep losses within a controllable range and adjust back as quickly as possible. Trading techniques can be learned; the real difficulty is overcoming your own human nature.
Core discipline: applies in every market.
In LangLang's words
There is no god in trading; everyone struggles with their own human nature
Getting tilted is normal; the key is that losses are within a controllable range
The hardest thing in trading is overcoming yourself
If you can overcome yourself, you will always be strong in this market

Reflections on holding losing trades and high leverage
LangLang reflects that holding a losing trade comes from the fear that after stopping out one will never make it back; if one's ability is insufficient, one should stop out and continue learning, rather than stubbornly holding on with more margin. Losses expand in percentage terms, and no matter how much margin there is, prolonged holding of a losing trade will exhaust it. Even if trading is called "gambling," one can only gamble money one can afford to lose, not one's life; the meaning of a stop is to preserve the chance to start over next time.

Regular withdrawals and account allocation
LangLang suggests regularly withdrawing profits and keeping only the funds actually needed for trading in the exchange account; the purpose is both to stabilize mindset and to guard against uncontrollable risks such as platform black swans and personal impulsive heavy positioning. The Ethereum position had already been reduced by most, leaving only a small amount; even if price fully retraces, it is acceptable.

Pausing and reviewing after repeated mistakes
After getting tilted on SOL, LangLang stopped opening orders, spent about ten minutes reviewing and making a trading plan for the day, and then returned to rationality when trading AAVE and others. He emphasized that after several rough trades in a row, you are most likely to flip, chase, and take weird trades; when you notice you are tilted, stop first, do a review, write a trading plan, and ten minutes can pull your state back.
